I'm wondering if this is the best ratio for me. Like today I burned 620 so my goal was 1,820 calories (204 carbs, 113 protein, 60 fat) and I wound up eating 1,490 (212 carbs (over), 59 protein (normally not so under but it was a bad day), and 53 fat). For example, if you weigh 120 pounds, you should eat roughly 44 grams of protein. Make sure to eat 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of your body weight (to convert pounds to kilograms, divide the pounds by 2.2), with a minimum of 40 grams of protein a day. Now with the way MFP works, I'm set at a deficit (obviously 1200 calories/day would have me losing weight on its own) so when I exercise, it adds the calories I've burned to give me net calories of 1200.
